一、个人简介及主要荣誉称号
李学宝,男,1988年4月生。分别于2011年6月和2016年6月在华北电力大学获学士学位和博士学位。2016年7月在williamhill威廉希尔官网工作,2019年4月被聘为副教授。担任《High Voltage》副编辑、中国电机工程学会电工理论与新技术专委会秘书长、中国电源学会电磁兼容专委会委员等。
长期从事电磁场理论及应用的研究工作,坚持以国家重大工程和器件自主研制为需求导向,聚焦柔性直流输电领域国产高压大功率IGBT器件研制的“卡脖子”技术,提出了高压大功率IGBT器件封装绝缘设计与调控方法,构建了规模化芯片并联电流均衡表征和调控方法,掌握了高压大功率电力电子器件封装中电磁场分析及性能提升方法,成果应用于3.3kV/1500A、3.3kV/3000A和4.5kV/3000A 硅基IGBT器件以及国际单体容量最大的18kV/125A碳化硅(SiC)IGBT器件自主研制,部分器件实现了国产替代,在工程上得到了应用,推动了国产高压大功率IGBT器件的自主研制的进程。2023年获评“电工理论与新技术领域卓越青年”称号。
主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,作为主研人参与国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、国家重点研发计划课题2项。发表学术论文80余篇,其中第一/通信作者发表/录用SCI收录42篇,获省部级一等奖3项、二等奖2项。

2.学生获得荣誉:
协助指导2名博士生获华北电力大学优秀博士论文,指导1名研究生获国家奖学金、1名研究生获2023年“云道杯”中国数字仿真大赛二等奖。
